What we do

A training and nutrition programme built from the actual context: bodyweight and minimal-equipment progressions that work in a compound or a small room, training scheduled around heat and around the working day, and nutrition built entirely on local staples with real portions, banku, waakye, kontomire, groundnut soup and market prices, not substitutions. Delivered through WhatsApp because that is the platform, with a coach, a daily check-in and a cohort. Payment by mobile money because cards are not the norm.

Who we built it for

• Ghanaians and West Africans

  People aged 18 to 40 in Accra, Kumasi and Lagos who want to get strong without a gym or imported food.

• The diaspora

  West Africans abroad who want a programme built around the food and the life they know, priced in dollars.

The problem

Fitness content is overwhelmingly built around equipment, imported foods and temperate weather.

A programme telling someone in Accra to eat oats and chicken breast and train in a commercial gym is useless and quietly alienating.

So people start, fail, and conclude fitness is not for them, in a region where diabetes and hypertension rates are climbing fast.
