Questions people actually ask
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. Training uses bodyweight and minimal-equipment progressions that work in a compound or a small room.
What will I eat?
Local staples with real portions, such as banku, waakye, kontomire and groundnut soup, at market prices. Nothing is a substitution for food you cannot buy.
How is it delivered?
Through WhatsApp, with a coach, a daily check-in and a cohort.
How do I pay?
By mobile money.
Is there a free way to start?
Yes. A free 14-day challenge, delivered inside WhatsApp.
What does the ongoing programme cost?
60 cedis a month, or the local equivalent by mobile money, for coaching and progressive plans. The 12-week transformation cohort with weekly video check-ins is 400 cedis.
Is there pricing for the diaspora?
Yes. Diaspora pricing is 12 dollars a month.
Why should I trust the 14-day challenge readiness check?
The score comes from your answers, worked out in your browser. It covers practical set-up only, not your health or fitness, and it is not medical advice. The challenge itself is free and runs inside WhatsApp.
Are you set up to finish the 14-day challenge?
Answer fifteen questions about your space, your time, your food and your phone. See how ready you are to start and what to sort out before day one. Runs in your browser. No account, no card, no call.
